PROPOSED NEW 4TH DISTRICT BYLAWS

At our 4th District May 22 meeting at the home of Chair Toni Sessoms, a committee was formed to recommend changes to our 4th District Bylaws. Joe Weir of Midland and Bob Ciaffone of Saginaw agreed to serve on this committee. They, together with Toni Sessoms, have now produced a document for the 4th District membership to look over, suggest alterations if desired, and vote on for approval. This document has been submitted to the state party via MDP Organizing Director Kevin Hrit, who showed it to MDP Chair Mark Brewer and received his approval of the document. The "Fundamental Values" section was added to comply with the request of the MDP.
