Justice Robert Young
Justice Robert Young gets his own special page on our website because the Michigan Democratic Party has a great desire to remove him from the Michigan Supreme Court in the 2010 election. Young is a former corporate lawyer who was appointed to the Michigan Supreme Court by former Governor John Engler. Young has never made the adjustment from representing corporate and GOP interests to being a judge and ruling impartially. He has consistently ruled in favor of large companies and against ordinary working people. "No Justice" Young does not seem to feel any obligation to support what is in the public interest. Here we will discuss Young's voting record by taking a close look at five of his worst decisions.
